Meet Angela Bhowal

I strongly believe in providing paramount support to others in their pursuit of healthy mental well- being.

Seeking therapy takes an immense amount of courage and bravery. It is difficult to be vulnerable and recognize our needs. My intention is to cultivate a safe and open space to allow exploration of emotions to understand where we need support, where we need a push and where we need to plan and evaluate. I encourage you to learn with me to reach our highest potentials in being the experts of our own lives.

I am also captivated by creating change in young adults and children by assisting them in understanding their feelings and reframing it to empower them. I strongly believe in cultivating resilience and recognizing strength.

My treatment would encompass an eclectic approach that strives to understand and consider all factors in your life to promote healing. A West- Indian ethnic background allows me to connect with a myriad of cultures.

Outside of my pursuit of education and clinical work, I take great pride in enjoying time spent with my family and trying new experiences.
