Meet Anooha Dasari
Clinical Intern
As a graduate student in the Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness program at NYU, Anooha is passionately dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey of self-discovery and healing. Her training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention equipped her with the skills necessary to navigate complex emotional landscapes.
Anooha prioritizes creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel empowered to explore their past experiences, cultivate mindfulness in the present moment, and let go of patterns that no longer serve them. She believes in the transformative power of authentic connection and collaborative healing, tailoring each session to the unique needs and aspirations of her clients.
Drawing from her own journey of personal growth, Anooha recognizes the profound impact of somatic awareness, the mind-body-spirit connection, and mindfulness practices in fostering holistic well-being. By integrating evidence-based techniques with compassionate listening, she aims to support her clients in achieving a sense of harmony and fulfillment in their lives.
It is an honor for Anooha to accompany clients on their path towards healing and wellness. Together, they can embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and profound transformation.
