Are you feeling overwhelmed by all the changes and pressures that come with adulting? Whether you're navigating career moves, relationships, identity, or simply trying to find your rhythm—you're not alone.

B.R.E.A.T.H.E. is a compassionate and empowering mindfulness based group created specifically for women in adulthood. This group offers a safe and affirming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while building the tools needed to manage stress, boost self-esteem, and improve focus in your daily life.

Through open conversations, practical strategies, and a community rooted in empathy and respect, you’ll learn to:

  • Reduce feelings of overwhelm and burnout

  • Build confidence and emotional resilience

  • Strengthen your executive functioning skills (like planning, focus, and organization)

 

Whether you're starting something new or just trying to hold it all together, B.R.E.A.T.H.E. is here to help you find your balance and breathe a little easier.

Group Duration: 6 Weeks

 

Group Frequency: Once a week, 

 

Group Start Date: October 1st, 2025

 

Group Time: 5:00 PM EST - 6:00 PM EST

 

Group Location: Virtual (link provided upon registration)

Group Cost: Some insurance accepted

(United healthcare, Oxford, & Aetna)

OR $40 per session. Discount available when paid in full

(1) individual therapy session (virtual)

(6) 1 hour group therapy sessions (virtual)
