Stress Less: Stress Management Group 

Group Overview:

Overwhelmed by stress?

Stress Less is a stress management group designed to help you manage everyday stress and anxiety so that you can thrive! 

 

Join us to increase your understanding of how stress can affect your physical and mental health.  

 

You will learn various practical skills to manage stress and reduce anxiety. 

 

Additionally, you’ll engage in mutual support of others and create a self-care to manage the day to day challenges of stress that occur. 

 

Group Facilitator: Tacha Fletcher, LCSW, CCTP

Co-facilitator: Charis Acheampong, Clinical Intern

Group Duration: 5 Weeks

 

Group Frequency: Once a week on Monday

 

Group Start Date: 4/4/22

 

Group Time: 6-7pm 

 

Group Location: Virtual (Google Meet)

 

Group Cost: Some insurance accepted (United healthcare, Oxford, Emblem Health, Cigna, & Aetna) OR $40 per session. Discount available when paid in full
