With over a decade of experience as a Clinical Social Worker specializing in behavioral health, Tacha Fletcher brings diverse expertise gained from working across various settings. It's a privilege for me to contribute in this capacity. Tacha's focus lies in aiding children, adolescents, and adults grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges. She specializes in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Person-centered, and Insight-oriented therapy.

In supervision, you'll find a welcoming, secure, and culturally attuned environment for collaborative case consultations. The sessions cover a range of topics, including:

  • Addressing concerns pertaining to current clients, particularly centered around trauma, depression, and anxiety.

  • Advancing proficiency in psychotherapy skills and interventions.

  • Fostering personal and professional development.

  • Offering clinical support covering documentation, understanding symptoms, termination procedures, and more.

  • Guiding the progression towards establishing and/or growing a private practice.

Whether you seek guidance towards licensure or aspire to enrich your practice and clinical skills, let's schedule a phone conversation to discuss your specific needs and how Tacha can support your professional growth.
