She uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates CBT, DBT, relational therapy, and narrative therapy. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity development, helping clients confront their fears, explore values, and
strengthen relationships. Her work centers on building trust and connection, empowering individuals to lead more intentional and meaningful lives.
Maricel believes that therapy is a powerful tool for clarity and liberation, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her dog, attending concerts, and exploring new cuisines and local food spots.
