An undergraduate in Applied Psychological Sciences at NYU Steinhardt with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, she is a community-rooted organizer, mentor, and educator whose work operates at the vital intersection of mental health, faith, identity, and collective healing. Her trajectory toward social work and psychotherapy is grounded in intentionality and a responsibility to nurture people, vision, and trust, viewing her professional practice as a transformative commitment to honoring the full lives of those she serves.

With over six years of experience in education and program design, she specializes in creating inclusive, culturally responsive environments that center relational care, trust-building, and the radical empowerment of women, youth, and marginalized communities. She approaches every challenge with a unique blend of rigorous scientific training and deep empathy, grounded in the belief that true transformation is fundamentally community-driven.

She is energized by people with vision, the spark in someone’s eyes when they speak about what matters to them inspires her. This dedication is reflected in her lifelong commitment to volunteering and exploring the dynamics of belonging, which form the heartbeat of her work. Whether guiding the community, supporting volunteers, or mentoring youth, she remains steadfast in the conviction that healing the world begins with tending to the soul. Anchored in poetry, history, and cultures she strives always to cultivate environments where equity, meaning, and belonging can flourish.
